69 plate mk3 low volume

Searched for an answer but haven’t seen anything.
My Leon mk3 has the car play infotainment system but the volume is just ridiculously low. My wife’s Vauxhall grandland is far more impressive!

questions if you will:

1. Is there something wrong with it which I could fix?
2. What’s a reasonably budget replacement system going to cost me (either fitting myself but would rather not or getting a shop to do it)?

Are you playing music through CarPlay? Is the volume up on your phone? Is there a volume limit set on your phone?

Yep, all exact same volume

Have you gone in the music settings and increased the aux volume? Somewhere there, there are options.
