Anyone know this issue?

Hi, I've recently EGR deleted, downpiped and stage 1 tuned my 105 BLS 1.9 TDI
However now i have a probelm that accures every 300 km. It will begin to misfire and produce tons of blue smoke for about 10-15km. And suddenly returns to normal with no misfiring.
Anyone know my problem?
My own guess is a stuck valve lifter

Could be turbo sticky vanes.

You still have the dpf? Sounds like dpf regen.
I believe the egr and dpf work together somehow.
Maybe If the dpf is missing it still tries, depends what the pressure sensors are reading or if they have been mapped out properly

I admit I've removed dpf and egr but havent got it coded off yet

Yea if you remove the EGR or DPF without remapping the ECU it's going to throw a fit.

Don't drive it until you've got the ECU flashed.
