Clutch kit and flywheel upgrade

Hi, I have a 2015 Seat Leon FR 2.0 TDI 150hp from the factory. I've had the car remapped to 184hp. I'm pretty sure that my flywheel is giving out because the car vibrates in 5th gear under acceleration so I started thinking about replacing it. I was wondering if anyone knows if the clutch kit and the flywheel of the stronger 184hp models would fit onto my engine?
My engine code is CKFC.

They have the same crank, gearbox (with different ratios) and hydraulic clutch slave cyl so I would 'think' they should be interchangeable.
