Sump Plug Question

Hi folks.

Got the wife a 2022 Cupra Ateca back in Jan and was going to change the oil today - it's got 10k on the clock and I'm wary of waiting another 20k before the dealer gets it.

My research suggested that the VAG EA888 2.0L engine had the plastic sump, so I got the sump plug with part number 06L103801 (the plastic one with the tab that snaps into place).

Getting under the car today, I found a metal sump with the part number 06K103600AF and what appears to be a Torx head sump bolt (pics of both supplied). Not sure if this is correct replacement bolt but from what I've found it's part number is N91096701 (referred to as an oil pan bolt but not 100% sure if it's the correct one for this Ateca).

So all that said, I'm by no means a veteran grease monkey but kinda handy on the tools and I'd like to perform the oil change myself, but here's what I'm not sure about, given I've also read that these days they don't drain the from the sump but instead suck the oil out (I assume via the dipstick?!?!).

- Is the existing sump plug reusable?
- If no, what's the replacement part number for the sump plug? (Or is the one I wrote above the correct one)
- If yes, will it require a replacement crush washer or o-ring - and if so what's the correct part number for those?
- I definitely wouldn't hang on it, but if there's a recommended torque setting for these bolts, I'd welcome some guidance there.

I've also understood that the VAG EA888 requires 5.7 litres of SAE 0W-30.

- Is that correct (amount)? No dramas either way as I was planning to measure what came out before putting anything back in.
- Is this still the correct oil filter - 06L115562B?

And finally, the million dollar question

- Will me doing this screw up the manufacturer warranty? (Aside from me royally messing it up of course - like using olive oil or something stupid like that). The car was bought "new but already registered" from the dealer, so it's considered second hand here in Spain, but has the usual 3 year warranty etc.

Thanks in advance for any assists.

Cheers,
RG.
