swapping a multifunction steering wheel mk5 into a mk4 ibiza.. HELP!!

Hello guys! i just finished installing a mk5 steerin wheel in my mk4 ibiza.
my question is:

is it possible to adapt the steering wheel controls? what it takes to make it work?
