Is it the Coil Pack thats gone??

Just pulled away from a junction, engine warmed up before giving it some beans.
1st gear was fine, 2nd was fine, then into 3rd and the engine management light came on and the engine felt very very lumpy and the management stayed on.
Turned the car off in the works carpark, turned the engine back on but still felt very lumpy.
How much is this going to cost me???

Was there a strong eggy smell when you were driving if so then def coil pack. Think they're about £35 from GSF. If I was you mate I'd do all 4 at same time. But use 1 of the new 1's 1st to find the faulty coil. Then keep old 1's for emergancy

Yet eggy and slight burning smell.
I'm going to book it ito my local garage, cause i'm clueless when it come to things like that (at the moment anyway, plan to learn how to do stuff like this.), he is usually very good with prices etc so hopefully he can sort it out for me.

Trust me mate they're a piece of p155 to fit will take about 10min. Let me know if you do them you're self and I'll show you how
