Leon FR PD170 no power until 1500RPM

Hello, I’ve been trying to find out what this issue could be but still havent found a solid answer yet, my leon has almost no power until 1500rpm, everyone says at first it could be turbo lag but its way worse than that. After 1500rpm the turbo does kick in and it shoots off but surely the turbo should kick in earlier or it should have more power ?

Should mention there are no lights on the dash and i’ve scanned it with carista and nothing comes up, however carista isnt the best so it might not show the issue
