2010 Exeo ST TDI
Boot release handle no longer opens the boot, works okay via the remote.
No longer hear the electrical contact when using the physical switch, badge/release unit is fully enclosed. All other parts working fine. the boot release is electrical rather than mechanically attached to the lock.
Question
Anyone know the part number and price for a new one ?
Being fully enclosed it is hard to tell if a Leon boot release would work as there seem to be plenty for those 2nd hand. From pictures hard to tell if the 3 mounting bolts would be the same etc.
Anyone have any thoughts, as mentioned seems to be working fine at the moment, but if the remote go's then it going to be a pain climbing in the boot every time especially if crammed with the usual family junk.
