Drastic mpg drop

Hi everyone,

I've got a questions that I can't find the answer to anywhere online.

I have a Seat Leon 1.6 TDI 2013, when driving carefully it gets around 70mpg however every 400-500 miles the fuel consumption randomly drops to around 6mpg and it really damages my overall mpg. It does around 6mpg for about 30 seconds or so usually when travelling around 60mph. Does anybody know the reason behind this?

I really appreciate any advice/help with this. Thank you.

Ps. I do have a very short video where you can see the consumption at 6.4mpg; normally if I put my foot down compeletely the mpg doesn't go any lower than 16mpg at 60mph.
