VT86, Seat Leon4 4wd k03 285hp => GT28R => GTX2867R Gen2 420hp

Hi guys and girls... I decided to do small topic of my everyday car because it will propably get some small modifactions . Shortly about me first of all I'm from Finland and english ain't my native language so place for give me if I write somehing "funny". I was in small car accident myself and my Seat Toledo was totalled unfortunatelly So I had to bought new car. I was looking Audi S3 but ended with Leon.

Toledo during one of last summer trackdays (It had KW Variant 1 Inoxline, EBC Brake pads(Red) + disc, KW Antirollbar and some other small upgrades)

So car it's Seat Leon TopSport 4 orginally, means that it's 1.8t with 180hp and AWD. Previous owner bought this car after it was small accident (Front bumber and engine cooler gore were damaged), he changed Cupra R bodykit to it and so one.

I'm hoping that i will have enough time and my to build this one to hit something around 245-265hp. At the moment I'm running about 205-210hp (bit over 170gr/s) and aprox. 350-400Nm of torq (260-295lb/ft) with custom software.

Little bit spare time at work so I drawed CAD pic of enginebay cover. Friend of mine will cut it with cnc plasmacutter. (I can save CAD file to DXF for cutter).



Nice way to hide Xenon ballasts

It's still prototype pic, have to print it and test with paper version that it will fit.

here we're required by law to fit summer tyres within April 16th. Had loads of snow yesterday, so my nokian hakkapellittas are staying on a few more Weeks!!

Law requires here also to changes tires at April 16th but we can/and have to use winter tires if weather requires so

And yes it's quite good weather, sunday there was something like 14-17°C.

Does anyone know that is it possible to fit SeatSport (Ibizas) FMIC to Leon Cupra. I mean quite easily, coz everything can be fitted I know but then it's smarter to bought some universal IC.

Fast washing and waxing. Also put new summertire rims RH adapter rims with GY Eagle F1 225/45R17 , and during test drive notice that boost leak is getting even worst

Saturday I'm planing to go "summers" first track-day.

So todays job was to try to find boost leak and fix broken breather hose.

Here we go, broken breather hose. Maybe it was time to fix it ?

After fixing that I tried to find that boost leak (or I think that there is one). I took inner fender off so I could look boost pipes hoses from turbo to the IC. This is what I found, damn, means that I really have to upgrade IC this summer





Any how, like I assumed there is quite big changes that boost leak is that hose which came from Turbo to the pancake pile. That is something what I have to look when I have changes to get car to my friends work place and lift it up with 2-post.

Good ideas for low budget FMIC ? And what size would be good, I don't really want to have huge IC, because I want minimize problems at MOT.

Thanx, It was 1M Toledo but anyway , It was 1.9TDI, 110hp (modded little bit and running with 135hp and 285Nm and with evry mod almost 150hp)

IC Question

Help, have anyone fitted Seat Ibizas SeatSport FMIC to regular Leon Cupra (with Cupra R Bumper)

Because of the MOT I have to use something that propably can pass the inspection. So only options are OEM Seat parts. Is there any parts of piping what I can use ? Or have I build whole thing up by myself ? I mean I don't wanna bought those pipes if they are useless and otherhand if I can use some of those that will help me alot (specially pipe with MAP sensor).
