i have had my leon tdi 90 for a few months now and i was thinking is there any point in tuning the engine, what can be done and rough figures of what bhp it will add??? i would upgrade to the 130 or 150 model leon but my insurance is still high as im a young driver living in london. cheers

hi ive go a 90bhp leon tdi s and i want it faster but ive been looking up on it and all i can do is go to a 110 then chip and remap that but.. to get my car to a 110 what will it take ??? ive been told turbo ,ecu and injectors off a 110 will go on and the 20 bhp a good difrence then...

Hi... how easy is it to change the glow plugs on my TDI, 90BHP, Cordoba (2000)?Is it like changing the plugs on a petrol engine? Any help would be great...I'm going to keep the car for one more year, so the quality of the replacement plugs aren't a great concern. Any ideas how much for the four...

just been out for a drive with a friend , who has just bought a 255k miles passat 90 tdi , he was saying theres little pull up top , codes , coolant sensor ( gauge always on zero) boost intermittant minus deviation or something we logged airmass and all seemed ok , met specifed...

how can you tell the difference and what is the difference that gives the extra 20hp. Can the 90hp engine be modified to make it 110hp (without the use of a remap) i.e swapping 90hp injectors for 110hp injectors?
