2002 leon cupra newbie

Hi guys I've just brought a Leon cupra and need some help to understand the spec what exhaust system that is and what power gains If any it would. Of added and would Type of suspension sorry for so many questions I just have no idea.

Looks like a stock exhaust, not sure on the suspension, might be AP springs at least

Any advice on what discs and pads to get for the brembos that came with it I don't think their oem
