Ok, so this is my new BMW 3 Series Saloon E90 330D M Sport.

Black Saphire Metallic and 54k on the clock. Comes with full black leathers, 6-Speed Manual, 18" Alloys, dual climate control, Auxiliary heating, iDrive widescreen Sat-nav system & BMW Professional Stereo, on-board computer & 6-disc DVD changer, AUX port, front\rear electric windows and mirrors, remote locking, ABS, PAS, Traction Control, headlight washers, cruise control, auto lights & wipers, auto dimming mirror, reverse parking sensors with distance control, hands-free Bluetooth & voice control, full BMW service history.

The M Sport models come with 18" MV3 alloys, sport front & rear bumpers, sideskirts, sports springs, sport steering wheel, sport leather gearknob.

Kinda wish id stuck out and gone for a facelift LCI 2009 model with more extras like sunroof, folding mirrors, heated seats and xenons as these things are a pain to retrofit anything without extra wiring and BMW coding

Gave the car a service with a new pollen filter, 7.5L Castrol Edge 0W-30 & oil filter, K&N OEM fit filter. Cant beleive how big the K&N and the pollen filter are

K&N was a complete bugger to fit as you have to take half the bloody engine out to get to it. Car seems to rev more freely with this fitted

Matt Black front kidney grills fitted to replace the chrome ones

Sunglasses holder in place of grab handle on drivers side

Tint sprayed the white reverse light bits on the rear lights. Doesn't really work and think i will remove the tint and get some proper rear lights. This isn't the sort of car you can get away with tint spray ive now realized.

Will keep an eye on your thread mate as ive always had a soft spot for a beemer having owned a E36 M Sport and an E46 328I myself.I found them to both be very reliable and great cars to drive but costly when it came to repairs,Also your right when it comes to modding them you've gotta spend the money as they are the kinda car that has to be done properly otherwise it lets them down.

fitted smoked Heko wind deflectors, much better having the window open down the mototrway without having your face blown off. Also fitted a black Dakota Leather split armrest thats adjustable on the drivers side.

Liking the wind deflectors mate. The map sounds good too. A nice safe power increase without the risk of frying the rest of the engine!

yes i have heard they can be mapped to 300BHP but thats even less safe on a manual due to them not liking the extra torque, the autos seem to handle it better.

270bhp seemed the safe option and 40BHP and an extra 100nm of torque over standard should give a noticeable difference. Iam gonna leave it there then. Iam not really interested in uprating clutches and gearboxes etc with this one.

Plan is just to add and update some factory extras, and give it a more unique appearance as there's an untold amount of E90's on the road.

Those wheels will look sweet on this!

I'm torn between the black/anthra look or silver? It's a classier car so surely silver, but the darker shades can make it look evil with the black grills and tinted lights etc. Hmm..
