Altea reverse/fog lights removal from rear bumper

Hi eveyone,

I couldn't find any tutorials or instructions on how to remove the reverse/fog light from the rear bumper.

With the time pressure of the car being retested in a few days, is there a way to remove these lights without the complete removal of the bumper? There is water in both, I would need to dry and reseal them.
