Black Vinyl on S Badges... What do you reckon

My car had these on when I bought it a couple of years ago. I didn’t like how you can still see some silver. My cars a light colour, dynamic grey. I like blacked out badges on dark cars. My rear one is still silver, but front on I’ve painted fully black as it’s in the grill, which is black. That’s just my opinion.
