Hi there,

It seems to me Cupra does have a grill near foglights. I was wondering if this is brake duct for taking fresh air into brakes?

Does anyone know?

Thanks.

no, it does have grills but they dont go through to the brakes as far as i know, the only way you could do this would be to cut a hole in the plastic inner arch and put a hose between the hole and the grill

I had a closer look at this one time when i had the front wheels off. There is a moulded cut-out sort of hole in the archliner which would allow the flow of air from the fog light grill straight through as far as i can remember. How much of this air travels direct to the brakes to be of any great advantage is anyones guess though...

It can't be that much when you look at all the threads on here that are about warped discs or total replacement due to poor performance and poor heatsoak
