Car started steering to the right

Hey guys,

so recently my car started steering to the right if I let go of the steering wheel. It seems like my steering wheel is also a little bit tilted to the right by default, maybe by 1-3 degrees, it's hard to tell.

It started happening last month, after being on winter tires for about 3 months. I didn't hit a pothole or anything, it's very noticable when going above 80 km/h. I've tested that on different roads, drove on left/right lane on the same road, checked tire pressure, did wheels alignment and everything. Guys from service point also told me that there's no mechanical damage and now they are telling me that I'm exaggerating and it's nothing, so I shouldn't worry and just drive the car.

Car is 7 months old and has 12000km on the odometer right now.

Any ideas what it could be? As far as I know I'm not the only one with this problem and so far the only fix I know of is reseting the steering angle sensor, which they don't want to do.

Maybe you need the tracking doing if you’ve had the wheels off n on, and changed tyres?
