Colour Coding

I've just bought a Leon mark 1 1.8 non turbo; and am looking to improve it's aesthetics. It needs body coloured bumpers, however is it possible to simply spray the current parts of the front and back bumpers which are black rather than the prefered body colour?

Similarly I was wondering if it is possible to change/spray the black plastic runners that run along the middle of the doors; and parts of the bumpers; as again I would like to colour code these.

First of all welcome to the site, secondly a decent body shop can colour code any plastic part you like. Or with enough preperation, sanding, plastic primer and a decent colour match you can do your own.
