Spent all last week deciding to buy a LCR and finally did the deed on Sunday and picked this one up for a shade under £6k. Big step up from my 1.2 Corsa C

It needs a machine polish to get rid of the swirls, brembo refurb and a few bits here and there then it should look mint! Here are a couple of first pictures:

Something you have probably seen a million times!

As I do more and more to it, ill update this thread with more pictures and info etc.

Already put my Alpine head unit in it, but needs a new fascia plate so will get pictures of that once its tidied up. The standard speakers are surprisingly decent!

I own a machine polisher so will give it a good going over to remove the swirls when I get a spare day to do it. Just respray the laquer on the calipers as they have faded a little

Absolutly beautiful... i've just picked up my 1st Cupra and it's black like this baby. I think i'll be polishing mine a bit as soon as it's dry enough... great example mate...

Not used it yet mate lol! Its needs a good going over with a clay bar before i machine polish it. Ive got one of those 'porter cable' ones imported from the states.

Its used to get containments off from the paint surface. Leaves it really smooth to touch

Auto glym bumper care works a treat on the plastics by the way bud, get some in the engine bay and slam panel!

Not sure mate, how would I find out? From the paint code?

That is one of my next tasks I want to get the strut brace powder coated blue, and all the coolant hose's replaced with blue silicone ones. Then blacken the plastics in the bay and maybe a chrome charge pipe and the engine bay should look mint!

basically majic is mettalic and ebony plain. Mine's majic so i'll let you know my paint code. It's on the plate in the boot.

Just looked at mine mate. It's LC92. I think it's the 92 that defines it.
