Hey Guys

Ive had my Leon Cupra 1.9 TDi about 18months bought the car when it was quoted at 200bhp ish, over this time I found the original owner who had a video on YouTube running at 198HP & 440 Nm (326 ft lbs) Torque. Since this time I've had a few modification that wud improve the airflow etc

* 2.5" straight through Turbo Back exhaust
* Piper-cross air filter
* Deleted the Egr Valve
* SFS pancake pipe upgrade

Well last week I gave it a service and today I had it in for a Dyno Running hoping for maybe 200bhp (Magic Number) but sadly it supposedly doesn't even have 182 HP as it came in at a 181.8HP I personally speaking wasn't convinced about the figures the guy doing the test was a bit puzzled as he asked what turbo was fitted (standard Garrett Turbo) as the car was kicking out a pretty big 345ft lb Torque.

Last (Quoted) Dyno Run Figures : 198 HP & 440 Nm (324 ft lbs) Torques (Derv Doctor)

Current Dyno Run Figures : 181.8 HP & 468 Nm (345 ft lbs) Torques

Other figures (THOR RACING) : 195 HP & 393 Nm (290 ft lbs) Torques (Thor Racing)

I'm abit unsure to the different variation in power differences as I've owned 6 Seat Leon Cupra TDi's and according to this it's has the least BHP most Torques but out of the ones I have owned it's either 1st or 2nd fastest (MJ's Leon Cupra)

Thanks for reading I am open to your feedback and other people thoughts on the figures.

Perhaps the remap the car had previously is not optimised for your recent mods and another mapping session is required?

Sounds like a lot of torque for a standard turbo but presumably the high torque is not being sustained to high enough revs to give you the power you want, for some reason.

I guess having removed the EGR valve and catalyst/silencers there's not much left to inhibt air flow at higher revs, unless the inlet manifold ia already coked up from when the EGR valve was fitted or the air filter is blocked.

torque graph is pony - bet the turbo is spiking crazy amounts probably because of the decat and lazy boost tuning (hence the huge spike in torque lbft)

power curve is wavey - good few reasons for this

Please upload a better picture of the graph mostly interested in the shootout mode in the table bottom right corner, looks like its been run right at its showing baro pressure in 4 figures, cannot see air temp numbers tho

Access to vcds? log these blocks individually 003,004,008 and 011, 020
