DAB Activation MIB2

So apparently there's a high chance if you have MIB2 with navigation that you have DAB. I have MIB2 standard with navigation (2019)

However, mine has only FM radio. I pulled out my OBDELEVEN pro and activated the AM and DAB, but none of them worked.

Scanned 5F for faults and found this
B127413 - Connect from antenna amplifier 1 for digital radio and antenna Open circuit.

My questions are
Do I have DAB? Can I get DAB?
How?

The Dab aerial is in the rear wind screen. They do get broken so I understanding reading posts. People actively clean the inside of the glass and break the wires. Might be worth checking round the windscreen.... saying that the SSP dealer training manual has it in the roof:

So in short you got to track that open circuit whether the aeriel is not fitted, missing cabling etc. In the UK they all came with DAB.
