First rough go at getting the wheels and discs painted... Even tried a cheeky revo decal with the smallest paintbrush I've got haha turns out anything that small is hard to do... Maybe next time...

Think the alloys needs to be a lighter red...

This the right amount of clearance from the discs to the alloy @theoldboy haha

Wheels, rear diffuser (with side flap things) and the front splitter almost done... Going to give the body a coat of Nevada white tomorrow then I can start reassembling and get the detail in. Oh and not in this pic but exhaust tips are now black

So the car has its coat of paint, parts are starting to go back on...

Just for scale here is a 5p coin against the rear diffuser lol

Got some highlights on the current wheels and setup a 2nd set for @theoldboy set of track tyres.

nice i think i will buy one of those
This MK3 build is loads harder than the mk2 but I think this one will be more satisfying as its custom one of a kind. The mk2 ones just look like MK2's lol

And the following is just me joking.

I hope you have added in the dynamic lights now, with a little battery inside so I can remote turn them on :)

Great build mate it looks very good, but then I may be a little biased.

I'm glad theyre not a different colour let's put it that way as there's no where to hold them to paint haha so yeah they will be staying black lol

I'd love to have led lights but its just too many wires which makes it look rubbish...

Did a little more tonight... Things need smoothing out and trimming but it's starting to take shape...

Tonight it's been paint the black bits on the rear and fit the diffuser which was a pain in the butt being so small haha

Oh and just for @theoldboy I managed to find a skull decal lol not a white outline but it will do.

If it helps it took me longer to fit it in the real world so thats impressive, I hope you used bolts and glue to make sure it stays on :)

Haha I don't mind racing you to strip the car and putting it back together lol getting the hang of it now with these models haha

I'm using the model world version of no nails also known as super glue... Or in my case precision max super glue.

You could use some masking tape for the pin stipe lines it may be a bit more time consuming but overall finish could be better

I thought that but I think with the paint and brushes I use it would bleed then I'd have an issue lol I can sort it out with more white after if needs be lol
