Gearbox trouble getting in to 2 4 and 6 when high rpm

Hi im new here and have a issue with my Leon tfsi manuel box when the car i park theres is no problem getting in to gear but when im driving slow its ok but if i accelerate i Wolt go into gear , the gearlewer goes to its position but there no gear pls help

Worn engine or gearbox mounts making things move around too much?
