Headlight Adjustment Using Manual screws

Does anybody know specifically which adjustment screw of the 2 on each headlight will tilt them up a little? Dont want to "play" without knowing and mess up the beam. Just need tilting up a tiny bit.
I dont have the adjustment knob in cabin.
