Hi i had the same problem as some people on here. To solve my problem i stuck all the hid kit to plastic using sticky tape and it has done the trick and now a perfect radio again.

Mine is the same and crackles. Tried a booster which didn't help.

Also have found the old style ballasts have less interference. Over the newer slimline ballasts. As said maybe try keeping them off the metal parts.

It won't do, it will just boost a crackly signal
