Hose keeps coming off!!

The house that goes off the DV keeps poping off!! i got a metal jubilee clip but still pops off when i give it some!!
Why is this its only had a remap??!!
Any one had the same prob?

youre not tightening it enough or theres grease in the insides of the pipe, give it a clean and try again. mines never blown any pipes whatsoever.

I put mine on by hand and its never blown off

use better metallic adjusters (belts)

Yeah going down B&Q later have a look what they got. It must be something wrong with the clip cuz ive done it up as tight as it would go and still come off.
