I can't turn off data connection (esim) on my seat leon fr 2021

I have seat leon fr 2021 i try to turn off data connection (esim) but it's turn on automatically. I can't turn on Wifi too it's turn off automatically what can i do ?

Try reset the media - hold power on for 10/15 seconds. Try factory reset.
