Infotainment system and artist's name

I have my music library on a solid state hard drive, plugged into one of the USB ports.

When playing music, the infotainment system shows the album cover and the track name, but the dashboard display shows the album cover, the track name AND the artist.

Is it possible to get the infotainment system to show the artist?
