I was hoping from some input from people who'd sold similar things that could give me rough figures so I don't over or under price items if I decide to ebay things

I would suggest (if you have not done so already) to invest at least a couple of hours or more on Ebay.

My car almost got written off. I did said research and saw pricing for a number of parts on ebay - bumpers, panels, all sorts. Front bumper ranged from £70 - £100 if I recall. But they could have been there hours or months.
