Yo guys. Since having this car back in july 09. The steering wheel feels lighter i think.

Is there any way of removing the center bit of the steering wheel so i can see if the bolts are loose.

Any info is great.

Thanks all.

what do you mean by lighter? Have you increased tyre pressure or had new tyres?

Well feels less effort to turn etc. I pump up the tyres every few months or so, so nothing altering really.

odd, I know that you can adjust the steering weight with VAG COM. Maybe you are just getting stronger :p

That's interesting, - how much can the resistance be increased ?

I have always felt that the weight of the steering on the Cupra is much too light for such a fast car, I would love it a bit heavier.
