loss of power loud wooshing noise

so yesterday was goin down the motorway at about 70ish when i head a pop!loss of power it feels like my turbo aint workin still drives but no power and from 2k revs up thers a load wooshin noise got it home its coming from where the turbo is any ideas burst hose?not good as i got it yesterday got a puncture on way home then this!car is a 2001 leon cupra.btw how much am i looking at for a tyre for standard alloy on mk1 cupra?cheers

yep.took it to garage lower turbo hose away needed new 1.£117 !thats pretty dear is it not considering a full silicon set is £100?i just bought the car on sat so dealer is paying for repair!got a puncture on way home so al need a new tyre steel wheel aint a good lok on my new car!!
