Loss of power

A few weeks ago I heard and felt an odd vibration. I couldn't find anything amiss so I thought maybe I had hit a rumble strip as I was driving through an area I don't know. Have noticed since though a slight but noticeable loss of power. My mpg has also fallen slightly. Any ideas folks?

Funny you should say that - i dont know whether mne is not as powerful as normal (or it might just be me !!!)

Ever since the service light has come on, it doesnt feel the same <------ paranoid !!!!!

Note that your MPG will drop anyway in cold frosty weather, so that might just be coincidence...

i have read that electronics (so MAFs) are suceptable to damage by knocking and vibration (and hbig heat changes i might add) so theres a small chance the maf is at fault. A log in VAG COM would confirm it. The same could be said for MAP sensor.
