Hello fello seat owners!

Just a quick intro of myself, My names Craig, i'm 21 and I come from Ayrshire in Scotland.

I currently own a Black Ibiza Cupra Mk3 1.8 20vt. I bought the car for no reason about 4-5 months back and have really enjoyed it. Its a 51 plate (Feb 2002) with 115K on the clock totally original in pretty immaculate condition with lots of receipts and service history.

My previous car was a Blue Ford Fiesta ST with 330bhp.
The Mods on that included:

Full Milltek 4-2-1 Manifold, Decat back Exhaust
Cosworth Inlet Manifold
Cosworth Camshafts
60mm Throttle Body
Stage 2.5 Rotrex Supercharger Kit
Jamsport Custom Map
Quaife ATB LSD
Helix Race Clutch
Vibratechnic Engine Mounts
Eibach Springs
12.5mm Spacers
Hel Braided brake lines
& I'm sure there was more....

I am still undecided on what to do with the cupra, whether to use it as a daily runner, turn it into a high powered "track slag" or sell it. I have spent a decent bit of money on it already to bring it back upto a nice standard which included:

A Full service
New front O/S Brake caliper
Drilled and Grooved Discs and pads all round
New front N/S Hub and bearing assembly
New front N/S ABS sensor
New pair of wish bones with bushes
New pair of front Toyo T1R tyres
4 wheel lazer Alignment
New Borg & Beck Clutch assembly, release bearing and Single Mass flywheel conversion kit, (to be fitted this week!)
Red Seat OMP Front Strut Brace
Repainted brake calipers red
+ Lots and Lots of cleaning stuff that helped bring it back up to a shiney standard!

Next steps will include new timing belt kit and water pump.(Last changed around 60k miles)

The Ibiza has quite impressive acceleration and managed a 15.8sec up crail 1/4 mile track with luggage and two 13 stone dudes in it!(No, It wasnt planned, we stopped by on the way home from a trip up north to visit the Performance French Car day there 2 weeks ago)

Its handling isnt the best especially compared to the ST although the wee car more than makes up as far as fuel consumption, build quality and ride comfort are concerned!

Cheers for reading folks :D

Upload to photobucket then copy and paste the bottom image code into this thread. You need 15 posts though before you can add pics.
