Hi I have a mk2 07 plate leon it is the fr 2.0 tdi version on 135k and on stock suspension. The problem is I'm not satisfied with how the car drives as it is very bouncy compared to some older cars I've driven. I'm looking to lower it at some point in future but not anytime soon. Would you guys think it's due to worn shocks that it is causing bouncy/crashy ride or something else?

Have you checked it's actually running the correct suspension?
Given the age it's likely some or most of it will have been replaced, if you just bash the reg into a motorfactors computer system you usually get offered suspension for the non-FR model, so many people inadvertently fit the wrong stuff.
Fitting the wrong shocks or springs will really upset the ride, especially if they were cheap and did just one corner and didn't replace the rest at the same time.
