Rolling road day interest thread

Hi all ime new to the forum and ime thinking of organising a roling road day at gr performance in swinton on either the first or second week in november...feel free to put your name down on the list...

Afternoon all I've just spoken to James at gr performance regarding the dyno day we need a minimum of 10 cars and a maximum of 20 cars it will be held on a Sunday so convenient for people who work Saturdays it will start at 9.30 the price will be £30 per car with a £10 deposit payable to secure places on the day you will get a dyno printout and also an air to fuel ration reading to make sure the far is correct as well.also weather permitting we could have a bit of a mini meet aswell on the day so if your interested please add your name to the dyno list and wen we have 10 people for the dyno ile contact James at GR PERFORMANCE to confirm we have the numbers for the day and confirm the date......

Second weekend Sunday the 10th is best as I'm working the 3rd, if that's ok with everyone else of course

Hi people there wasnt much interest and ive sold my leon but if people are interested ile arrange it still and bring my other car for the rollers

Yeah there's quite a few of us from round here now, i reckon you could get a decent amount of names down.

Off topic a bit but would anyone recommend gr for a remap?

I think they've got a good reputation in the Evo scene but you should just go with someone that knows these engines like back of their hand, e.g Badger5 or ******.

Ye ide highly recomend them theyve done a few of my mates cars and made a great job

Might give them a ring..just need to fit one or two bits first. They do custom maps just did a google search..they seem to get decent feedback..no promo.
