seat ibiza too many communication error(vcds)

hello friends, I have seat ibiza 2006. I have a problem, it gives me too many communication eroro on vcds. When I test it it gives me k1 ok k2 ok, but when I go to engine it gives me that error. on golf 5 things are great but on ibiza this is a problem

I had this issue with my PC, maybe coincidence but after re-install of windows and vcds I have not had one error.
