Hello, very new to all of this I have a 2004 Seat leon sx 1.9tdi 110. Its currently running around 150bhp "stage one remap" , with Egr delete , straight pipe from turbo , enclosed induction kit, I'm wanting to get around 200bhp to 220bhp , I know I'll need to get uprated headbolts, intercooler , clutch, injectors ect is there any bigger turbos that could see this power that would bolt straight it.
Any suggestions would be great many thanks Joe

I 'think' the turbo from the cupra tdi 150 is a bigger unit but as for tge plumbing, im not sure.

Thank you for your reply. I've done a little bit of digging I feel it's gonna be slightly cheaper and more beneficial to start with a pd130 or 150 platform.

I agree. My 2004 Cupra Diesel 150 was pretty good as standard. Got a stage one remap and it was way better.

Reading the spec of your car above, youve spent plenty of money on your car to get it to 150, when you could have got that power as standard with a Cupra.
Then with the money you have put in, you could be near on 200hp by now.

Yeah would agree spend the money on a faster car out of the box.

If you want a fast diesel i would highly recommend something like an E90/E92 330d. 232bhp stock and with a simple remap you are 280bhp.

Handy money these days too
