Speaker cover on front door cards

I just spoke to SEAT about trying to order a drivers side speaker cover & the guy is taking a look but he reckons its only sold with the whole door card? does anyone know if this is right?

Yep. On the Mk3 the whole door card is one piece - the grill shouldn't come off on its own.

I have a split in my driver’s door speaker cover and when I asked they told me the same.

I’m thinking I might just see if there is any way of covering it in acoustic cloth or just wait till someone has a driver’s door card for sale.

**** mines one worse than that, its totally missing looks so pikey without it on

Could just get some mesh, cover it in fabric or accoustic fabric and hot glue in on from behind in place of the grill. Then do the same to the otherside.
