Paisley, Renfrewshire.
Late night after washing the car, I left it idling as I was drying her off tyre shining and spraying the windows. Randomly, she revved up a little blew a little smoke or steam out the back then sounded very rough. Turned her off immediately.

Couple hours passed start driving her and she accelerated slightly by herself then kicked up an EPC light.

Scanned with Carista. Codes and screenshot below.

Had the throttle body off to have a look and it’s brand new. Cleaned it and put it back in. Realised then it says Throttle pedal and not throttle body.

When idling now, it doesn’t come back. When driving on the motorway, it doesn’t come back. However driving around town at normal throttle positions and speeds, it randomly sounds like a misfire (but it’s not, I’ve checked the misfire count it’s zero) then throws an EPC light and enter limp mode. It also says there’s an abs and power steering fault.
