Dear Support,

I am currently unable to access the Seatcupra site from my home ADSL connection. However from my NHS N3 link at work, all is normal. Could I enquire if your firewall is blocking my IP Address. This problem has occurred in the past and only happens when I had in excess of 20 Internet Explorer pages to the Seatcupra site.

I enclose a tracert:

Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]

tracert www.seatcupra.net

DNS is working normally for forward and reverse look ups and other website access is unaffected. My Seatcupra username is kwan88.

Your home IP will have been automatically blocked by the server because 'someone' had failled login attempts to the server (not the forum) from it.

Martyn will need to unblock it - can you email me your home IP?
