Weird issue with collie dogs

Just got a weird question.
My wife has a white 3 door Ibiza toca and for some reason everytime we drive past someone walking a Collie they go mental. Does anyone else get this? Do you think the dog thinks its a big sheep

Collies aren't the brightest of dogs. They like to please and get confused in the process... my experience being brought up with two. Maybe they think it needs rounding up .

I’ve got a couple of dogs inc a collie plus have a white 3 door Ibiza cupra and no issues. Generally collies have the dog equivalent of adhd though so who knows what’s going through their head half the time
