Power-on driving profiles do not remain stored

Good morning. I am an Italian user with a Cupra Leon 2.0 tdi 150cv Dsg. I wanted to ask a question regarding the driving profiles when starting the car.
The problem is that it always comes back to Comfort.
This is annoying especially having DCC, and the Comfort mode is too soft for my taste.
Is there any way or coding to keep the last driving profile stored every time I turn it on?

Mine keeps the last profile chosen, athough i think that the propulsion always returns to normal, but the dcc maintains the last used profile.

Unfortunately, for some it remains memorized and for some it doesn't

For me it's even worse. It's memorized but only in the UI. The car may look like it's in Comfort or Sport but it's actually in normal. I just have to pull the gear knob twice to fix it (ex: change to Sport then back to Comfort) almost every single time.

Does it happen every single time? No, but it's annoying to see the car in comfort and being rigid when passing speed bumps.
