Does anyone happen to have the correct alignment figures for a MK1 Leon Cupra? Can find many references to the LCR but not the LC.

Nice one cheers! Much appreciated :D Looks like my Caster is too low for spec by approx 0.5 degree (and mismatched 0.5 left to right, but that seems to be deliberate).

Think that makes the steering a little light and hard to keep straight (according to here: http://www.anewtoronto.com/wheel alignment.html).

Camber, castor and toe are all relative when it comes to adjustment. But being 30minutes out of tolerance I wouldn't of thought it would cause drastic pulling.

Problem is I don't think Castor is adjustable on the LC.

Not sure why its out, 30 minute difference side to side is OK from what ive read. Its actually the fact that its slightly less both sides than the minimum recommended range (dont think anything is bent though).

This makes the car twitchy, more immediate steering response apparently, often requiring constant adjustment to keep straight. (same is true of steering rake on a bicycle fork - i had a bike with a short rake and it was almost impossible to ride no handed, very unstable, but very quick to turn in)

Ive seen this http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/perfo...-front-control-arm-caster-adjustment-bush-kit

to allow some caster adjustment, but not sure if its compatible.

Aha! http://www.candrenterprises.co.uk/s...suspension-bushes-audi-a3-8l-1997-2003-7.html

Unfortunately i had my rear control bushes replaced a year ago.

Well it might be worth slackening your rear control bush bolts, and tighten them back up with the hubs at the height they'd be when on the ground.

I do that with the Mercedes I work on after a bush replacement as when you tighten them up when they've not any weight on them they upset the natural geometry and put its out of spec. 9/10 I've done that the alignment is in the "safe" range.
