chipping Ibiza 1.8t

I have just bought a Ibiza 1.8 20vt and thinking about chipping it. I have been pleased with the cars performance up until the other night when a citreon c2 kept with me so feel nows the time to stop that happening again!Has anyone experienced any problems with ecus etc and if so what faults are they? Can anyone recommend which chip is best to have and why?
