Starting to get this on a red front bumper. Anyone know best place to get this fixed near Portsmouth? Any idea of cost?

Red seems the best colour to get peeling. My red Leon has it on the bumper and the wife's Audi (red) has peel going on most panels.
The whole bumper will need to be flattened down to get through the lacquer layer then relacquered completely.
If the lacquer has exposed the paint layer for some time the paint there may have faded so creating a colour variation which my need doing as well.
I got a price a couple of years back at £200 a panel but never got it done. A bumper may be cheaper as it done be removed and save the labour costs of masking areas out.
