Just started to notice a squeak under the bonnet which lasts about 5 seconds as you put your foot down, its more noticeable in the lower gears, any suggestions?

Ok so when driving along there is now a mid pitched squeal coming from my left rear wheel. It sorta reminds me of the sound like when a bicycle wheel is buckled. Any ideas on what it could be, sounds like something needs lubing. Could it potentially be dangerous? Kinda worried about this noise...

On my 2005 Fr TDI when I accelerate and the turbo starts spinning it emits a high pitched whistle - is it normal, or is it just the high outside temperatures making it do that noise. Cheers

Just got my new 2.0L Tdi and is now producing a high pitched whine on and off but on a regular basis. Anyone had this?
