I spotted a dark grey Leon Cupra unmarked police car in Derby last week.

Black on a 59 plate (first FL Cupra I have seen), pulling over a BMW. In the Kent area, near bluewater at the time...so be aware!

I have a 2.0 TDI sport Altea (BKD engine - 55 plate)... which I've had for approx 5 months. As far as i remember, it always sounds like a police siren when accelerating/decelerating... i.e. the turbo spools up and down. I'd expect this a little, but it seems to do it between 1k and 2k rpm more...

Heading down the M1 last week in 3rd lane doing 70mph and looked in rear view mirror and thought how quick the cupra was gaining on me, then looked again and thought why are the fog lamps flashing blue! Black Mk2 Cupra unmarked and came past me as if I was stood still! THis was around...

well its not until high boost and revs , but it gets pretty loud! a few people have said it might be the air filter , a few have said its normal and a few have said get the urbo checked out! Theres no spluttering or smoke and it seems fine in performance , please could i have some advice? thanks

was in a dealership the other day negotiating over a FR TDi and was told that there is a batch of diesels in candy white making its way to the UK - for use by the police! has any one else heard this? was looking to go down the candy white route myself but after hearing this im a little worried...

recently i've noticed that my car is starting to sound like a police siren when pressing the accelerator. Is this anything i need to be worried about? i had it serviced 3000 miles ago (30k service) and the car has been remapped for over 20k miles without any problems so far... help!!!!!!!! :cry:

:p :p When im out in my 225 cupra i usually look for bikes for some fun but today was awsome.... as i saw this shiny bike speed off the island in the black country i was in hot pursuit, not noticing the cops just pulling on to the island in the opposite direction! you should have seen there...
