Just thought i'd start a thread on 110TDI's as i see alot of ppl on here have 1 inc myself

Mine currently has no engine mods but am planning on exhaust & remap in the future,been busy with doing suspension,wheels & more looks atm

Would like to hear about what mods ppl have done to there 110's whether it be performance,handling etc

Just a revo remap to 137.5 and sprayed the wheels ( cupra ones) black to match the petrol cupra! Looks the same as my LPG/petrol one inside and out!

I think 137bhp is where i'd like to be,do you find it alot more responsive compared to 110bhp ?

A hell of a lot mate. Better on fuel too! Much quicker. It's the torque!

i drive a 110bhp, have in a VanAaken tunning box atm and it makes some difference!

Brett if you do get a remap I'd be very interested in where you get it and cost etc as i live in okehampton and am looking at getting mine remapped same model as urs.

90's and 110's are mostly the same, just bigger injector nozzles and different map. The AGR is the only exception with the more recent ones as it has a wastegate instead of a vnt turbo.

I'm just over the 110 mark just now with nozzles but am getting a tune shortly. I'd like around the 150 mark myself for now.

Mine's a 54 plate SX 110 TDi.
Completely stock, 101000 miles.

I've done nothing to it except the door seals (wet carpet) and servicing.

Oh, and the alternator when it threw the pulley and bent itself.
And the rear calipers when I broke one winding back the piston to fit new pads

Great car.

alright bret, iv done quite alot to my 110,

first off revo map, straight throught exhaust, egr blanking plate
front cupra bumper, side skirts, cupra r rear, fr 17" wheels
shock and springs lowerd 30mm, 312mm brake upgrade
full leather interior, cuprar steering wheel, leather armrest
front and rear wipers, removed black vinyl from inbetween doors
xenons, leds through out, some more but cant think right now

I got cupra r rear & Fr front bumper & sideskirts for mine which will be getting sprayed & fitted in the future,will prob go for a revo remap once i've done exhaust & facelift

Liking the colour coding on bottom on bumpers,was going to do this to mine but got hold of facelift bumpers
