2.0tdi 170hp turbo to 2.0tdi 140hp

what do you thing about that? i know that is different angle and position off turbo, but one man who has got altea xl has done that and now he is selling the car... He said the this turbo was order from skoda factory and it's from octavia rs... he used his original collector with new turbo, and make some modification to the pipes for intercooler and oil... what do you think? the turbo is 2 weeks old...

Seems a waste of effort to me. All that work for very little gain.

why? 210-220hp is enough for me, with smooth linear curve....

you can get more than that with a hybrid 140 unit tho and bolts straight on

and what internals should I change and what model? full specifications will be helpfull

contact the likes of turbo dynamics. or look at there web site. i'm sure they hybrid your 140 unit, in much the same way as they do the 1.9 150 unit. internals of engine stay the same. not sure spec of the turbo.
