Advice on Carbon Fibre look Bonnet Vinyls

i have a black LCR and was wanting a bit of a chnage to the looks.

what do you guys think of Vinyl wrapping the bonnet, wing mirrors and rear roof spoiler in Carbon Fibre style wrap???

sometimes i wish my LCR was Grey rather than Black.

anyone else done this

by the way i have no idea what it would cost LOL.........

I agree although I have wrapped 1/2 my wing mirrors in the vinyl and I am currently carbon skinning the splitter large areas are a no unless it's real mate.

Can look really good don't get me wrong but if I were you maybe the spoiler and mirrors Big no to the bonnet

+1 you cannot beat the real stuff thats all i use i even use it on the interior

Agreed, but unfortunately because carbon fibre wrapping vinyl has become so popular, most people don't actually realise it's the real stuff!

Yes they do real carbon is shiny and has depth vinyl Is flat and matt

Since doing my splitter in real carbon I must say the difference is massive!!!

As said depth is the main thing I have noticed, so nice to look at I'm going to be scared once it's on if I scuff it.
